How it works
- Connect your system. PushBeyond reads members, bookings and attendance from Virtuagym, Trainin or GoHighLevel. Your members don't need to install anything.
- Every night, every member is scored. PushBeyond works out each member’s risk of leaving from the bookings and attendance your system already holds.
- Every morning, a short action list. Members at high risk come with a suggested next step: call them, send a message or invite them for a talk. Only the members who need attention make the list.
- Follow up where you already work. With GoHighLevel, a risk signal can trigger your existing workflows automatically.
What you see in the dashboard
- A risk overview of your whole membership
- A profile per member: attendance history, why they were flagged and the recommended action
- Class and trainer analytics, and attendance heatmaps
- Cohort analysis: how long members stay, and when they tend to drop out
- Contact logging: record each call, message or note, and members your team contacted in the past week are marked and moved down the list

- Virtuagym: paste three keys from your account; members and class bookings are read every night.
- Trainin: paste a read-only API token from Trainin, or connect through webhooks.

Numbers you can act on
A risk score is a reason to talk to a member, not a verdict. The dashboard is built to keep false alarms off your team's list, so the list stays worth opening every morning.

Privacy and security
- Each gym only sees its own data; access to another gym's data is blocked on the server.
- Staff log in with their own accounts.
