How Luca builds your plan
- Pick your goal: build muscle, increase strength, lose weight, improve endurance or general fitness.
- Set your week: how many days you can train and how long each session can be, from 30 to 90 minutes.
- Tell Luca what you have: a full gym, a home gym, dumbbells only or just your bodyweight, plus your experience level and any injuries to work around.
- Review the plan and add it to your agenda. When you later ask Luca for a change, you see the changes first and confirm them yourself.
Coaching that knows your training
Luca reads the workouts you log in PushBeyond and looks for patterns: how consistent you are, where you are progressing and where you have stalled. Luca also remembers your earlier conversations, so you don't have to repeat your goals or injuries every time.
What you can ask Luca
- How to perform an exercise, and what to swap it for when the machine is taken
- How to adjust your plan after a busy or missed week
- Whether to push harder or take a recovery day
- How to structure training for muscle, strength, fat loss or endurance
What Luca is not
Luca is a training coach, not a doctor or physiotherapist. For pain, injuries or medical conditions, talk to a professional first, and tell Luca about any limitations so your plan works around them.
Languages
Luca answers in English or Dutch, in the language you write in. The app's menus are in English.
